Jordon & Taylor were married on May 28th, 2022.
Jordon and Taylor are lighthearted and fun. They don’t take themselves too seriously and that’s what I love about them. For their engagement session, we braved the coldest of February days by dancing through the streets of their new hometown, stopping anywhere that caught our eye. Jordon was even ready to climb fire escapes to get “the perfect shot”, but we decided to go for donuts and coffee instead (have a peek at some of their photos on my Instagram, or right here)! I knew their wedding day would be a similar experience: spontaneous and low-stress. We traded the February cold for a hot day in May and zipped around Piper’s Heath Golf Club drinking Margaritas. Who said taking photos had to be stressful?
I must say, if you are thinking of a golf course wedding, Piper’s Heath is where you’ll want to be! It offers a huge variety of backdrops. It’s not the typical, ‘green, manicured lawns as far as the eyes can see’, type of place. Jordon and Taylor said their “I do’s” in front of a sweet old gazebo, surrounded by the water and shaded by trees. The spot is private and quiet, absolutely perfect for a ceremony. We even had some swans come by to witness the nuptials. The surrounding property hosts a heritage home, barn, gardens, old stone walls that will remind you of Ireland, and even tall grass growing on rolling hills. It is a photographer’s dream and I would absolutely recommend it!
Have a look through this bright, bold, colourful, beautiful day. You won’t be disappointed.
